Collaboration was my theme at Roundabout Books in Bend for my first in-person event since the pandemic. (How do you use a mic again? Will I remember what I want to say without notes? Look at all those beautiful real people in the room!) A low-key launch for my second YA novel, COLD MIRAGE, a fun collaboration with the bookstore, and with my fellow author and friend Kerry Chaput, who shared the microphone. Her new YA novel, Chasing Eleanor, will be launched this summer.
